Vinyl & Heat Transfer

Using heat transfers on clothing involves applying pre-made designs or custom graphics onto fabric using heat and pressure. This method utilizes a transfer paper with the desired design printed on it. The transfer paper is placed face down onto the fabric, and heat is applied using a heat press machine. The heat activates the adhesive on the transfer paper, causing the design to bond with the fabric. Once cooled, the transfer paper is removed, leaving behind a seamless, vibrant design on the garment. Heat transfers are versatile, allowing for intricate designs, gradients, and photographic prints. They’re ideal for small-scale production, custom orders, and designs that require multiple different numbers and letters such as Jerseys for sports.
